01 / Part

No model selected

STL has no units. Confirm the dimensions shown in the design check.

02 / Tooling

Shrinkage enlarges the master/cavity by 1 ÷ (1 − shrinkage). It does not add a surface offset.

Open box with the master bottom at the inner floor. Bond and seal the master before pouring.

Upload a part or try the sample cube.

Drag to orbit · scroll to zoom · right-drag to pan. Preview axes: X red, Y green, Z blue.

Ready for your model.

03 / Design check

A closed solid is required before generating tooling.

Manual review required: undercuts, trapped air, material compatibility, wall strength and printer fit are not automatically assessed.

Design a mould from your STL model

A mould is a container with the shape of your part inside it. Saancha creates a printable master and rubber mould box, an open-face mould, or a two-part negative mould. Choose the casting material separately from the finished mould material. STL files stay in your browser during processing.

Articles you can prepare moulds for

Start from your own STL. These are example applications, not ready-made article templates; review the shape, release method and material suitability.

What can I make?

Prepare tooling for candle wax, concrete, resin and silicone parts. Silicone and polyurethane rubber selections create a master and container for making a rubber mould. Soap and plaster currently use General casting with your own verified process settings.

Which files can I use?

Import a closed binary or ASCII STL up to 1,000,000 triangles and 200 MiB. Confirm units and dimensions. Download each generated part as STL in millimetres and keep the JSON design notes. OBJ, 3MF and STEP import are not supported.

Is it ready to manufacture?

This is experimental tooling. A successful mesh check does not prove that a casting will release or that the tool will withstand heat and loading. Inspect undercuts, separate islands, openings, compatibility and printer fit before printing or pouring.
